On the outside, it is covered in knapped flint and charred timber; internal floor space is over 300m2, with the detached building being set in a suburban setting, on third of an acre. The building has been built to a high eco spec - with an airsource heat pump and triple glazing and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

Location Rentals
The property is available for location stills, film and TV. With spacious areas for large equipment and crew the property can accommodate a variety of shoots. Located near the greater London area, transport links are excellent with plenty of free parking. Ramp access to rear allows heavy equipment transfer with a breakout terrace for team gathering. Large secure storage areas monitored by CCTV are available for multi-day needs.

As a biracial couple in the UK, who have lived and breathed the challenges of intercontinental migration, setting up shop and finding their happiness in Corporate England, Davi and Matt are available to talk about their journeys to this point.
