Fast assembly
The super structure and SIPs panels were all made off-site and delivery via Lorry. Construction took 5 weeks including snagging.

The Chess Valley project begun as an idea decades ago. Finding the site in 2017 was the catalyst to beginning a 4 year journey from planning, building and completion.
